carbs and i dont really care for protein anymore

every day im off work i get a monster zero ultra and a box of snack cakes. zebra cakes, honey buns, swiss rolls, twinkies

And yeah, you probably are undercarbed because you are carbphobic, so since you lack the understanding to eat a fucking potato or a half bag of sugar, you eat "carbs" that are 50% fat

eat more fruits like bananas and berries and eat more complex carbs like sweet potatos and oatmeal

i used to love classic sugary stuff like coke, mountain dew, ice cream, cookies, etc before i started lifting

when i started lifting for one of my meals i would make a shake with oats, banana, strawberries, milk and peanut butter and it tasted delicious

i never consiouscly made myself stop eating the cookies and shit, i just had no desire to. i got my good natural sugars from fruit and my carbs from oatmeal. so it knocked any cravings for the bad stuff.

however, i still do get cravings for salty snacks like chips, pretzels, french fries, pizza, etc. which i do indulge in from time to time. some might say thats bad, but i think a handful of chips is a lot better than a handful of oreos
