So I'm a fat fag working my way down from 300lbs
Lifting only at month 2 I hit 272lbs
1 month later still 272
Cut calories from 2500 to 2000
3 weeks later still 272 losing size I had gained on arms and chest and legs
Add cardio 30 min a day for next week
7 days later still 272
I'm lifting 5 days a week for 1 hour and 30 min of cardio 5 times a week I'm sore and feeling better but I can't drop below 270!
>any advice

Yeah count your fucking calories correctly.

Are you absolutely sure you're counting your calories correctly?

This could be it but I eat 3 meals a day
-Breakfast
3 eggs
Yogurt + oats
Wheat Toast
-Lunch
Tuna Sandwhich
Veggies
-Dinner
Chicken Breast
Rice
I'm fucking tired of chicken breast....but it's filling and easy to cook

Count your calories correctly, hydrate more, eat more fiber.
And maybe add more cardio and not lift so much? You want to lose the fat first before focusing on lifting, but somebody may correct me on this one.

Fiber and Water
Not something I had focused on but will give it a try for the next month....
Honestly I hate cardio...lifting for and hour is fun and I'm usually tired and feeling that good sore / burn its addicting

Buy yourself some sips and a shitload of gum. Don't eat on Mondays and Friday's for two weeks. Then cut calories down to 2300 for two weeks. Fast Monday Friday for two weeks at 2300 on off days. Then cut to 2000 for two weeks. Then fast 2 weeks at 2000 and cut down to 1800 for a month. You'll drop probably 50 if you do this. Also count your calories correctly and walking isn't cardio I do t care what fucking Oprah says

Don't lie to us brother. Either you're body is defying the laws of physics in regards to energy consumption, you aren't working out as much as you say you are, or you're eating an entire grilled chicken every night

Do supersets when lifting for 1 hour.
If you dont feel your body melting youre just slacking.
Sweat like a pig and drink more water.

Seems like calorie counting may be the issue then
I thought I was doing okay on that front but I have obviously hit a plateau
I'll get my shit together thanks guys
