Lifted heavier today (maybe too heavy). Midway through, I felt very sick. Not in the stomach, but like I was going to pass out. It's been an hour and I still feel some strange heat and pressure in my head.. the fuck is happening. I literally feel like if I sleep, I won't wake up. Help.
