Why do the joints in my left elbow crack every time I do a curl? it's fucking infuriating.
I went to a doctor about it and he did fuck all and ignored it.
Do hammer curls instead. I avoid cracking even though it's apparently harmless

They crack when I do those too. Makes me fucking mad as hell.

It's probably stiff tendons, if anything.
It might be because it is underdeveloped, and can't keep up.

yes, but do it carefully, and warm up properly. consider buying thermal clothing. It helps a lot.
