These cunts have no idea about cardio,casual trail runner here.
First eat healthy, lots of fiber, it's easier to digest so your intestines won't be clogged up by junk food.
Second don't eat prior to running for like two hours if you had a bigger meal, after a small snack( a small snack is an apple or a peach or something like that) wait like 20-30 minutes.
Reason being if you have food in your stomach the blood will be there and not in your legs and arms, so the body tries to get rid of food and you'll shit yourself.

I'm vego so already get bulk fibre through beans etc.
Even though I try to avoid fibre before sports I should probably give the no eating at all thing a try as I usually eat up to an hour before. Thanks man
