I'm thinking about starting exercising, but I have a simple question. I don't care how I look, it's not important to me to be fit, but I feel like I have too much free time and I'm very lazy and it takes me a lot of time to do pretty much anything.
Do you guys feel like getting fit made you more ambitious? Do you feel like exercising calms your mind down and you can focus on things like reading better after you drain your body energy?

Nope
I just gym for an hour and spend most the day procrastinating important things

Do a real sport. Lifting doesn't take a long time, maybe 1 hour every day tops and you'll be bored af the rest of the day.
Real sports usually take hours every day to train.

hm I don't know. I'm not really into sports. I mean I guess I like skateboarding but the whole culture around it is shit. I think it's almost impossible to get into a sport without starting a new lifestyle.
