Oddly it's happened to me once or twice. I did a lot of sports in my early-mid teens and on top of naturally broad shoulders I ended up packing on some decent arm/should muscle.

Then I let myself go.

Still, my arms stayed generally firm and fat free, and even got stronger a couple of times, despite being a gaming NEET through most of my twenties. Weird as fuck but there you go.

Do you sleep in a bunk? I'm rooming with someone, and climbing up and down the latter with my fat ass actually gave me some gains over like eight months hilariously.
