>db shoulder press 40kg
>db incline press 40kg
why the fuck are my shoulders as strong as my chest
>>42658894
>can press more than I can front squat
JUST

Well to be fair you're not the only one with messed up shit.
I deadlift 200kg for reps but don't squat and haven't squatted in 2+ years, so I'd probably fail squatting 80kg
>>42658894
because you don't know how to recruit your chest and aren't using proper form.
>OHP like 40kg
>Can bench 70kg 5x10 with no hassle
OP is lying

Funny that, my chest is actually really developed. Wouldn't that go against the whole not recruiting my chest properly? I'm strong as fuck at shoulder pressing compared to my chest, but i'm not happy with my shoulder development, but I'm happy with my chest development.
Makes no sense to me.

I was OHPing 1 plate for 10+ reps before I hit 2/3/4 for 5. Not lying, I've just always had strong vertical press.
>>42658894
try barbell overhead press and see if u can do more/same/less
u are probably arching your back and having your butt to far forward when doing shoulder bress
>>42658964
You vertical press more often than you horizontal press. Your form is shit, your adaptation to the specific exercise is shit, you cheat on vertical press and/or slack on incline press, you do vertical first.
Pick any of the above.

Let's see:
>medicore weight for the chest exercise, yet good chest
>from that you conclude that your form must be right
>insane weight at shoulder exercise but no good shoulders
>from that you don't know what to conclude
I mean, do you really don't?
>why the fuck is my chest as weak as my shoulders
