5 months maybe. Lost 50 lbs all on keto.

Eating a normal diet now of course and working towards getting /fit/

Fit? Years.

3 years, but only the last 1.2 years of which was true One meal a day intermittent "fasting".

I put fasting in quotes because I got that shit down to such a science that I'm never uncomfortable or hungry before dinner time.

Was a fatass in hs. I drank probably 8+ cans of soda a day. That's about 1200 calories a day in just soda.

Quit drinking it, lost weight QUICK, about 40 lbs over the span of 4 months. Did some minimal working out, maybe 15 minutes a day towards the end. Still had my muscle from being fat, and didn't really work hard for it.

That's /fit/ for me. I didn't have abs but didn't care because wasn't fat.
