Hey /fit/, I haven't worked out in 4 years, since high school. Lately my arms and waist have been getting these weird marks and I was wondering if working out would fix it? It was small at first, but it's been getting worse since June.
I'm 6'5, 240lbs if it matters.

Bait, but stretch marks. Get some pregnancy lotion or whatever and stop putting on weight and you will minimize them. How do you not know about stretch marks?

Literally stretch marks. They happen when you grow faster than your skin can stretch. Such as when you gain a lot of fat or muscle quickly. I have them from lifting but I'm not a 240lb fat bitch.

considering you're tall, it's natural to get stretch marks because of that.
