as a 6 ft 130 lbs skelly, can I get a decent body just by eating a lot (not junk) and doing push ups, curls, sit ups and squats in my apartment?
what i've been doing for workouts is:
30 push ups
30 curls each arm
600 sit ups, sets of 50-70~
like 30 or so squats

You don't need to do so many sit ups, buying some dumbbells or at least resistance bands will help substantially.
