I'm stalling on my ohp at 100lb in SL5x5. I already deloaded, and I don't have access to microplates. What should I do? Dumbbell ohp?

If you stall at 5x5, go down to 3x5 and do that until you stall. So if you're stalling at 5x5@100lbs, do 3x5@100lbs and keep going up until you stall at 3x5. So lets say you get to 3x5@125lbs and stall, go back down to 100lbs and you should be able to do that for 5x5.

If you have access to an internet connection (you do), then you have access to Amazon, then you have access to micro plates.

Also, consider switching to 3x5. It's better for building strength than 5x5 anyway.
