What would be the cause of this? I dont do heavy squats and I probably only run 3-4 miles a week. I do light squats as well as air squats during slow days at work. My knees started having a deep dull throbbing pain last night and they are still hurting today. It happens to me occasionally, sometimes after I have used my knees other times it happens with no real use of my Knees.

I am a Burger and a trip to the doctor(even with my insurance) would cost me a couple hundred dollars and well over $1000 if I had a X-ray or a MRI.

Squeeze your ass cheeks ass hard as you can when you squat. Weak glutes = knees not pointed out = fucked up knees. Try doing yoga to realign that shit and take supps.
