hello /fit/ im 5'9 151 lbs and i want to get into lifting. i run around 4-5 times a week and go 3 miles in around 20 minutes and follow that up with 1600 meters on the rowing machine and thats all i really do at the gym.
i want to start seriously working out but idk what my routine should be like. heres what im thinking
A days-
3 mile run
1 mile rowing machine
bench
press
pullups
dips
B days-
3 mile run
1 mile rowing machine
deadlift
squat
leg press
how do i know how many reps and sets i need to do?
