Anyone have a workout plan, or can help me come up with a workout plan to incorporate heavy compound strength training and boxing focusing on conditioning and technique?
Is there anyway I can do this whilst avoiding over training? I imagine hitting the bag the day after a heavy push session could be pushing it, what do you think?

heavy lifting doesn't go well with boxing but if you want to build mass here's a good program

Out of curiosity, how often do you train boxing per week?
Read stuff by Ross Enamait and Joel Jamieson. For strength do low volume high intensity as those advocated by Pavel Tsatsouline.
