Piana wasn't snorting Coke. He was given 2 doses of Narcan which is only for opioids. Meaning the white powder found at his house was Heroin.

Just giving y'all an FYI. I keep reading posts about him OD'n on Coke. Narcan does not counter the effect of drugs, such as benzodiazepines, antihistamines, alcohol, or stimulants such as cocaine and amphetamines. Choose life. Choose a job....

Narcan is given pretty much always even if they're not sure you OD on an opiate, because it's harmless. Doesn't mean it was an opiate for sure.
