Step 1: Drink a fuckton of milk. The more the merrier.
Step 2: Load up on sugary foods.
Step 3: Once you feel like a human slug, see how far you can jog before having to stop.
I've tried this only once before and I could go for a minute before flopping onto the floor.

Milk is mostly just fat and sugar will make you feel sluggish. But I guess you could substitute both for beer.
