As for strength and stamina, look at Jordan Burrows workout..hope this helps...good luck..keep grinding

Wrestling hard with people as good or better than yourself is top tier training.
Next tier is training with a 4 day split for strength and alternating sprints and long distance on rest days.

i've never wrestled in my life aside from play wrestling with friends when i was younger. i have elite caucasus wrestling genes tho. is it worth picking up in your mid 20s at some school/local wrestling club? or is that just asking for snab ciddy
