What worse for you: sugar or fat?
Do you have to cut sugar almost completely out of your diet to cut and get 6 pack?
I eat at a calorie deficit, hit abs 3x a week, low fat, zero fast food, something like ice cream once a week, but drink sweetened ice tea a few times a week
Is ice tea the reason I don't get abs, fit?

yes ice tea if i remember correctly has around 25kcal/100ml and if you drink 1.5l of that that's 375 kclas, half a meal.
