I think I am addicted to the gym right now, whenever I miss a day I get really anxious and feel like I am screwing up. Now my body feels weaker than it should and I am tired all the time. You faggots didn't warn me lifting would create a new neurosis.
How did you get in that state?

i know i need to have a rest week but i can't stop stuffing my face so gym and cardio is the only way i can stay on my cut
