Anyone ever experience a torn hip labrum?
I felt with mine for a year before I had surgery and its been 6 months since then and it still hurts.
Im walking around like larry the lobster since I can't do leg exercises

How did you get that?

ran up a hill, something popped, and from then on out it just kept getting worse
turns out I had some bone growth in the round bone in my hip and it continuously pinched my labrum causing it to tear

>destroy your hip squatting
>don't realize it until performing a trivial task
sounds about right.

You probably should be squatting if the surgery was effective. And chances are you hurt it while squatting because you don't know what you're doing. I would contact an SS coach if you have one within an hour or two drive so they can show you how to squat right. They're pretty autistic and thorough
