There's a guy at my gym had he seems to train shoulders every fucking day, while doing sets for chest or back or legs on the side in between his shoulder training.
What the fuck is this?
His shoulders are fucking great though, and it's not like his other body-parts are bad, they're all good, but yeah seen him training shoulders 4-5 times a week for the last few months.

I'm not shoulderlet, but I'd llike to improve them.
I've heard you can train smaller muscle groups upto 4+ times a week, the delts are small muscle heads....I think I might start training delts every workout on my PPL

Look up nucleus overload training on Youtube.
Baisiclly if you pump a muscle group everyday with light weight and time under tension(slow negatives) you increase the potential for them to grow
