How do I into meditation? For those of you that partake, how long should I be trying to do it each day?
It's really up to you.. I do it the days I don't lift so teusday Thursday sat and Sunday.. you could do once a week to start or do every other day or w.e you want.. also what are your goals from meditation?

The frequency is more important than the duration. 10 minutes daily is good enough to start imo. Try that for a month and go on from there I do 30min daily first thing in the morning or after a morning walk, you can also try it before sleep.
Mindful breathing is all you need, simply breathe calmly and as fully as you can, feel you stomach inflate and the exhale also as calmly as posible. Feel the air through your nose, then your trachea then your lungs. Exhale through your mouth or nose and feel your body deflating.
