if you only train to do low reps, you'll be better at low reps than high reps. it dosent necessarily mean that your fibers are a certain way.

I think there is a test that use your X% of your 1RM, and the more reps you can do with that X% the more endurance you have.

There is no test for it. Just do strength +dynamic training +pylos +steroids. Afterwards you let your trainer say that you are genetically gifted. That is the truth between people that have more fasttwitch muscles.
