taking a walk for 30 minutes makes me sweat like fucking crazy as if i was a fat pos

how do i get rid of the sweating problem? i have to take long walks to the bus for uni and its pissing me off because my back gets glued with my shirt and it smells. not going to the gym because of my health problems
