Vitamin C:
In comparing mice with an ascorbic-making gene on (standard), vs. mice with that altered, the re-fed mice (of .4% in drinking water, equivalent to ~15g/gal.) had 3x the lifespan of .1% re-fed (equivalent to ~3.5/gal.), matching the standard mice.
