Is it normal that after not lifting in forever to have all of your joints and bones crackle and pop?
I've been lifting for a month now, I'm only 23 and I can't lift my arms sideways without hearing my shoulder. Also ever since trying to fix my anterior pelvic tilt through flexing of the abs, I am constantly aware of a slight discomfort in my lower back.
Is all of this normal? Will it go away when I get fitter? Or is this something that you have to do stretches for everyday for?
just cruise on deca forever
stretch nigger
Lifting is the easy part about lifting
No.
It is not normal and don't let anyone tell you otherwise.
It could be a number of things:
first vertebrae not on properly which causes the rest of the spine to comprensate and give you APT (atlas subluxation)
it could be a genetic condition
its probably something spine related so check there
stop flexing your abs and making yourself into a position that your body does not want to be in, because daily posture is NOT the root cause of your problem and attempting to make it normal will make your body worse as it is compensating for something that has happened in the body
