/fatfuck/ here, if I'm cutting back on food intake I should expect to feel a little hunger right? I'm just trying to eat normal serving size portions. I just had dinner and I'm still feeling a little hungry. I don't want to burn out again.
This isn't a crash diet or anything. I'm just eating normally and not enough for a small army. I did skip lunch just because my schedule isn't really allowing for it.

Yes. Depending on the diet you have, you can also feel hungrier. If you're eating a lot of carbohydrates rather than veg and meat, you'll probably feel the hunger more.
