I really need someone to help me to know how I can change my bad habits of sleeping really late...

In fact, I AM in the bed from midnight to 10am usually. So, staying in bed is not a problem. But I make silly things (smartphone, Facebook, Youtube...)

Take whatever time you're waking up at now and set your alarm to 30 minutes before (15 if you get close to your goal wake up time). Go to bed about 7 and a half hours before you're going to get up. Install f.lux on your computer so you still get sleepy even if you're browsing until really late.

When you get in bed, either read a book (try something boring like something from a semi-interesting textbook) or just turn off all the lights. When you're trying to go to sleep, follow pic related. Every night set your alarm 15-30 minutes earlier until you're waking up consistently at your desired time. Then make a habit of going to bed at the same time every day and you're set.

There's some shit you can do.
First, make your bed every single day. It feels so much comfier to get into a bed that's already made. Then, try to refrain from mentally stimulating activities before bed, like vidya, or exercise. Computer is sorta alright since you can install flux like this anon suggested

Try to make a sorta routine before bed, me personally, I like to do a bit of light stretching before I go into bed, and read a bit of a book.
This should also go without saying, but like based god Scooby once said, "Tired people sleep better", so go out and exercise, do a bunch of shit. That way you'll be wanting to rest up and get ready for tomorrow.
I know some people are gonna think this is just hippie shit, but also consider doing some meditation before bed. Whenever I have some insomnia, it usually helps out a ton.

One more thing, don't eat anything big before bed. Trying to sleep while having a full stomach feels like shit, and besides, you are probably gonna be up a bit feeling guilty as fuck, so you won't be in the mood to sleep regardless.
