I've had reoccurring lower back soreness for at least 2 years now. What could this be? It comes and goes and doesn't hurt, just feels sore. I always just assumed it was poor posture or something, but now I'm not so sure.

I mean my posture looks fine, I think. Should I consider getting an MRI? I also have a hard time getting into good form for deadlifts (can't keep back straight without a lot of concentration) not sure if that's related. Doing lifts like that doesn't hurt it either, and I have friends checking my form.

Atherosclerosis. Give up cholesterol and saturated fat. The lower back pain will go away.
