So I've done my third 10km jog this week. Feels good, considering that I didn't run at all during July and struggled to do 6km in June. But I've noticed on this run that I didn't sweat as much as before - just wondering what could be the reason for that? Started running again first week in August, I'm 1.85 m tall and weigh around 116kg now(started with 122).
Maybe it was colder or you weren't running as fast as last time.
There's bit of a storm brewing so it is colder and I ran around 40 sec slower this time.
