You all keep discussing what exercises are great for ripped abs. I'm fucking tired of dyel talk about crunches and shit. They are fine but if you want strong abs you need to start doing these exercises. DRAGON FLAG AND LANDMINE TWIST. If you already do these then great. Sure there are other great ab exercises but if you can't do these you are an ablet.
Okay but my gym doesn't have a bar that's attached to the wall/floor like I would need for Landmine Twist. How do I do them?
Currently I do back extension but sideways with a little extra weight in the hands for obliques, does it damage my back in the long term? (Currently there is no pain whatsoever, but maybe when I do this for a long time?)
