does /fit/ use any fitness apps? someone recommended Stronglifts

I've been using it

I only use apps for the plate math and warm up weights. Otherwise just a notepad or your brain is fine.

I use a notebook to better broadcast my autism to the rest of the gym.

Sl5x5 is a decent app.
If you have Android i would say go pirate the full app's apk from the intrawebz
