Who here exercises facial muscles? I'm currently roiding so I thought I'd use the chance to get a swole face.
My routine atm:
>chewing hard gum (Falim) for 2 hours while I go to the gym
>holding a really wide smile for 15 minutes a day
>holding a snarl for 15 minutes a day
The gum definitely works, gave me a thicc masseter. I've only been doing the other 2 exercises for a few weeks now so I haven't noticed changes yet except that I can hold the expressions for longer before it gets sore (5 minutes at first, 15 minutes now)
how do i into orbicularis oculi hypertrophy?
Other than chewing gum, these don't seem like enough to really change your facial muscles.
Why not apply the same principles of lifting? Add resistance, make it a repetitive movement, force yourself to do it until discomfort, divide it into sets, etc.
Anybody here trying to make the upper eyelid no longer visible?
I can stretch the skin around the eyebrow area to the point where it covers my upper eyelids, but then it goes back into place after a while and I start looking bug-eyed again.
Age will probably do the trick, but I'd rather not wait, and I've been twisting the shit out of the skin above the eye hoping that will become looser.
