Totals around 2500ish calories, 300g Protein, 20g Fats, 300g Carbs. Obviously varies with size of bananas and stuff but this is my guideline basis. It's pretty delicious and I do PPLPPLx

Yes. Fat is responsible for hormone production, and does nothing for weight loss. 20g fat a day will make you deficient and cause health issues.
