My shits are liquidy and hard to get out, I'm pretty sure I'm not getting enough fibre. What's something I can eat to get lots more fibre?
I don't lift/exercise much. I'm not trying to bulk but I'm plenty thin, ergo protein and calories aren't an issue currently.
And I need little to no preparation, pre-packaged, etc. I don't have cooking facilities, I can't even make cereal (I have no bowls or spoons and I don't have the means to wash them). I need something edible from the get-go.
Are there muesli/cereal bars with a really high fibre content? Where can I buy them? What do they cost?
Also I know veggies are good for fibre, but I can't prepare them normally (I do have a microwave and fridge/freezer).
Can I get pre-prepared green vegetables?
metamucil
fiberone
i think raw veggies have more fiber anyways

Psyllium husks powder from Vitamin Shoppe. 1 teaspoon is 5g of fiber.
