What's the fucking point?
I want to start lifting now, not in 3 months
Or you can watch his form videos from regular torrent sites

It's a fkin picture book you autist.
if it really takes you 3 months to real less than 400 pages you have bigger problems than not lifting
>>42614844
Skip most of the intro and nutrition, briefly look at bench and ohp; watch YouTube vids instead, replace power cleans with bb rows for not and wham you're at 150 pages.
Do read squat and diddy, its quite useful.
just do a bodybuilding program

not everybody has 6 hours a day to read books
>>42614973
Montaigne said he barely read more than an hour a day and he is one of the greats.

Shame if you can make time to improve your body on a near daily basis, but can't make time to improve you mind.

fitizens, i've actually read starting strength. the whole book.
admittedly, a large portion of the book is redundancy and filler.
the most valuable sections were on squats and deads, the anatomical diagrams.
honestly. if you just want to get your form right then watching youtube fitness pros is probably better. if you're interested in details of why it's anatomically safe to perform the lift, details about how to fix certain common problems and "ques" then the book will pickup where watching videos can only go so far.

>not everybody has 6 hours a day to go to the gym
See the similarity in your argument? Read for an hour a day and you'll see improvements.

>stop going to the gym and read books instead
#retard
>Learn to perform the exercices
>eat like a pig in order to
>increase the weight by 5 lbs every workout
here buddy, saved you 300 pages of reading
>>42614973
You're the #retard if you can't figure out two hours in the day for a lift session and reading. Maybe you can skip the Simpsons re-run after dinner and actually try to make gains and know what you're doing. If not then by all means stay at home
