It seems like common sense to me. You are lifting below your max potential and not making gains the entire time you're cutting. Would you rather have it be for 2 weeks or 6 weeks?

Low fat food? You're the retard. Low fat food is bullshit from the 90s.

If you're fat eat a caloric deficit and do cardio while getting enough protein. You shouldn't care as much about retaining muscle if you're fat, just cut until you're at 15% bf at the most.
