It's not. Once you go so high the ridiculous size of the dumbbells reduces ROM to the point where any benefits dumbbells may have are eliminated. Probably at around 100-120 lbs depending on the make of dumbbells.

Only correct answer. Although i do recommend adding a machine onto that as it hits your muscle a little different. Get the best of all three worlds.
