>lift/run/squat/etc for an hour every day
>eat literally whatever, fatty and sugary or not
What will I look like? Will I build any noticable muscle mass or will pure obese fat still take over?

You'll look like shit
> " According to this exercise list from Harvard Medical School, a general 30-minute strength training session burns an average of 90 calories (180 calories per hour) for a 125-pound person, 112 calories (224 calories per hour) for a 155-pound person and 133 calories (266 calories per hour) for a 185-pound person."

most likely you'll build your muscle but you'll remain skinnyfat-looking
depends on what kind of workout routine you follow though, just lifting will only make you ultrabig

So just fat?
When I say sugary stuff of course I don't mean it like I'll only live on bags of cheetos and poptarts. But I'd still probably have a 200~ gram chocolate bar eaten over a week and such.
