Strength routines are retarded. Mega roiders recommend them because they know most newshit nattys won't be able to make good progress on them because they have no clue what they're doing and give up. This maintains plausible deniability for the frauds -- maybe they're just better at lifting than you as the newshit natty has been conditioned into thinking they're weak when in reality it's just an elaborate ploy for shilling and hiding fraud status. The real problem here is not the routine but how he executed it.
Just look at those graphs lmao. He fucked up big time on several occasions, probably not eating enough and stuck with the program too long.
It's fairly rare for these routines to last for 8 months, and if it lasted for 8 months CORRECTLY he should have bigger numbers if you just do the MATH.
He started with a 104 kg squat and ended with 147.5 kg. Like what the fuck? Why is he doing stronglifts with a squat of 104 kg? Even if he did have some newbie gains left in him it sure as hell shouldn't last for 8 months. What a fucking retard.
He's not forcing his body to grow by forcing himself on low volume for that long period with multiple stalls and very inefficent progress. You can do these novice routines for years if you love stalling, and you'll make progress, but it'll be super inefficient and you'll gain zero size.
