I guess I've understood whey protein wrong. Since I switched out my breakfast sandwich with this, just to get anywhere near those 70+ grams of proteins I supposedly need, I've gained 2 kilos. I feel like I got fooled and threw money on nothing?

>anywhere near those 70+ grams of proteins I supposedly need
you weigh 70 pounds?

It's like 0.7 per kilo or something? Either way if I were to stuff myself with more of this I'd just gain even more weight.

It's 1g/lb. How are you even alive only getting that many protons a day? Are you a 3ft woman or something?
Also, whey doesn't make you fat, your shit-tier diet makes you fat. Honestly there's so much wrong with your OP that I'm having trouble believing that your not a troll.

aim for 1.5-1.8g/kg of weight. 2-2.2g/kg (1g/lb) or more is a meme for fucking athletes training 3+ hours a day

Cope.
Why do people voluntarily put themselves at a disadvantage when it comes to protein intake? All it takes is like 500g of chicken breast and a few other well placed protein sources throughout the day and you can easily get 200g+, knowing full well that your muscles have more than enough protein to maximise muscle synthesis.

This.
I have a shake at lunch, and a shake before bed which i blend 100g peanut butter into. I end up with 3200kcal and like 240g + of proton
