So I'm thinking of signing up to go to the gym, do some cardio. my belly just keeps getting bigger every month that now I have to take my belt off every time I have to sit and I walk too slow. I don't seem to be putting on weight though which I'm not sure about what's happening there but every few months when I measure myself, I've either gained or lost a kilo(around 90), 172 cm height. And I can't even find shirts that fit me anymore, if I get a xl my gut is sticking out and on a xxl it's too big on the shoulders.
Anyway I was wondering how I would start with this. Do I just go walk on a treadmill for a hour every day or mix it up a little. I would've looked this up but there's just way too much contradicting information on the net that it's exhausting to read.
So if someone can share a general program or some tips I'd appreciate it.
