How do I cut? Do I drop continue doing stronglifts but 3x5 and just maintain strength? Unfortunately I hurt my back so I cant do squat deadlift and row right now but I can still do bench, ohp and chin ups.

Stay on program, don't increase weights if you Cant just increase reps, eat less (500-1000 deficit)

Why are you cutting anyway? You can't get be the sickest cunt if you aren't the biggest cunt.
But if you do decide to cut, you can keep doing the same routine, and just cut calories 500 under your expenditure, the slower the cut, the less strength you'll lose.
Also, weight to cut until your healed, bulking will help with the healing.

The weird thing is that I wasn't eating very many calories. Maybe 3500 a day. 150 lbs to 190 lbs
