Does everyone here get protein shits from protein shakes? I have some buddies that say they never do, some say they do too. What's the deal?

If I drink a glass of milk, nothing happens. Same thing with cottage cheese.

Are you saying the protein powder (which is derived from cheese) may be too much for my gut? I'll have to try some of those lactose intolerance pills.

Because it's most likely not lactose intolerance, they add a bunch of artificial sweeteners which your body does not digest, most people it passes through but a lot of people have problems like gassy, constipation etc and they just assume it's the protein

i like Optimum Nutrition Natural Vanilla. It's good and mixes well with water and doesn't make my ass erupt.
