ive heard its less stress on the joints and better for lifters who carry a lot of mass on their frame.
Spent 900$ on a set up thats arriving tomorrow all because I hate running, hopefully thats not the same for ciclying

do what you enjoy, theres no point in running if you want to kill yourself after 20 minutes

that said, biking and swimming are definitely better for your joints if youre either very tall (and not auschwitz mode) or fat
