I've been a picky eater my whole life with a shitty diet consisting of pizza and tendies. I'm not a landwhale at all but I have poor muscle definition with some chub similiar to pic related. I'd like to start working out but I'm not sure how I should go about changing my diet. Are there any other picky eaters on here that have gotten in shape by eating a specific diet? Without having to first overcome your """eating anxiety""" For example, I hate pork, red meat, and most vegetables. I don't understand the psychology behind it, maybe it has to do with being raised by a single mom, either way what's the most basic diet I can have to give me the calories I need without having to be too adventurous with food?
