I weigh 70 kg now. I'm thinking my bulking goal could be 80 kg by new year's eve. Is that a good goal?

I read bulking goal as burning coal.
I spend to much time on /pol/.

I weigh 75 kg, my goal is 85. I'm 6'4. Did... did you hear me? I'm 6'4. Can you give me this medal?
I'm 76kg, been gaining 1,3kg on average for the past three months. Is this too fast or too slow? Doing SS atm.

per month*
Had a shoulder injury around February-March which got me pretty much back to square 0 with a weakness in my left side.
Since then, I've been bulking (72kg -> 80kg, 6 months) and I've put on some fat. My goal is 85kg and hopefully I'll have decent lifts by then so that if I do cut, I'll look a bit better than DYEL.
Current stats : 80kg, 1.84cm, 18, I run PPL 6 days a week
Bench: 87.5x5
OHP: 52.5x5
Squat: 110x5
Question 1 : I feel like I have good squat form (even posted on 4chan and got commended) but for some reason I can't progress. What do I do?
Question 2 : I don't deadlift because when I started doing it I was very wary of my form and afraid of snap city. I go to the gym alone and I can't risk bad form, I'm still fresh out of my shoulder injury.
Question 3 : Is PPL the way to go? I want to reach 1/2/3 at 85kg and my upper body goals are in sights. I have seen plenty of guys around my gym with way worse lifts and much better bodies. I'm lifting to look good, not necessarily for strength. What am I doing wrong?
