as a guy that was a skelly, got fucking schmeksy over the course of two and a half years, and is now a fat fuck, I can tell you that being fit is a big factor in attracting women. When I was fit I often didn't have to do aynthing in order to get laid on weekends. Girls would just randomly make out with me in the club and it went from there. As a fat person this never occurs. Nor are girls instantly feeling you up and getting into that giggly/mushy mood. You gotta work for it when you are not fit.

Definitely also depends on how tall you are and how good looking your face is when it comes to attracting women besides what physical condition you're in. I've def made noticeable gains over the past year and im sure it helps but I haven't noticed a difference in pulling at all so i'm pretty convinced it's mostly about being attractive unless you're really chubby. I still pulled the same amount when I was a skinny ass college tennis player. Pretty much just lifting to keep up/ get stronger than my male friends at this point even tho it was def for the girls at first (no homo)
