devilish thread. I'll start.
>get home from college for the summer
>routine physical with doc
>no testicular cancer
>a test comes back a little weird
>"come back and don't do any strenuous exercise for 24 hours before"
>test comes back weird again
>"come back and don't do any exercise for 48 hours before"
At this point im a little pissed that my fucking doctor is being a massive gains goblin, but health is important, and I hear more and more stories about 20 year olds dying of random brain tumors, so whatever
>test comes back weird again
>"anon, we need you to come back in and not exercise for 3 days beforehand"
>PR bench press and squat
>get massive pump from 3x20 bicep curls (in the squat rack)
>go straight to doctor's office without even showering
Currently awaiting my results. Hopefully I broke the fucking machine. Apparently the test is for "skeletal muscle" levels too. I'm no botanist, but no fucking shit skeletal muscle levels would be raised while someone is gaining weight and working out.
>UL split
>L day
>thinking about aesthetics and wishing every day could be U day
Tell me, fit, is thought crime punishable by nogains?
>anon how tall are you?
>6'0
>im actually 6'3
>using machine
>fart
>don't wipe off the seat when finished
>moving stuff into apartment
>hear girls voice saying to hold the door
>without hesitation press the close door button
>bitches are too slow
>thank fucking god
Who else don't hold elevator door?
>curl and lateral raise everyday so I get big biceps and shoulders
>actually weak as fuck but girls mire me because I actually look aesthetic

Its probably creatine kinase which is a breakdown product from muscle. (And thus higher in people that performed strenuous exercise shortly before).
Your doc is a fucking faggot for asking to renew that test fucking 3 times though. Unless you have complaints that suggest muscle weakness/wasting/pain he should have just said 'oh its a little high, no worries because 1 value alone doesn't say anything'.

Yea to be fair this is in NYC, and most of his patients are geriatric. He probably approaches most issues with hyper-caution, which is somewhat fair considering a decent part of his clientele could drop dead any day. Not letting him steal my gains though.
